We offer a variety of cake and filling flavors. You can combine any of the cake flavors with any of the cake filling flavors, although some are better paired than others!

• ANY COLOR Velvet...we will flavor your cake with buttermilk, cocoa and a color.  You can have Blue Velvet, Green Velvet, Purple Velvet, Pink Velvet (Doesn't work well with Yellow or Orange)

• Carrot
• Red Velvet
• Marble

Filling Favors

Standard Fillings
These fillings consist of buttercream mixed with the following:

• Buttercream (Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, Amaretto, Lemon, Mocha, Oreos and Cream, Raspberry, Strawberry, Hazelnut, Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, Guiness Beer)  Ask us for something special--we will work hard to accommodate your request.

• Vanilla & Chocolate Pudding
• Whipped Cream (Can only be used with certain types of cakes--please ask us.)

Premier Fillings

• Fruit Preserves
• Chocolate Ganache
• Coconut Cream
• Cannoli Filling
• Fresh Fruit (Availability depending on season)
  

Icing Options

• Buttercream: Vanilla, Chocolate, Cream Cheese
• Rolled Fondant
• Whipped Cream

Every cake is custom made to order. We do not have any pre-made cakes for sale. All cake orders are for delivery only. We require both a 50% deposit and a signed cake contract to reserve your order. We are able to make changes to your design, the number of servings, and the flavors if we have sufficient notice (two weeks at least).
